There are two scenarios to deploy SilMinds DecLib units for accelerating financial applications:
1. For an end user who already have deployed acceleration infrastructure; discrete or composite DecLib units can be licensed for integration into the customer’s accelerator according to specified delay and area requirements.
2. For an end user who needs a turn key solution to accelerate a monetary calculation engine, SilMinds will design an optimized FPGA-based accelerator (SilAx) according to agreed specs. SilMinds will provide the 3rd party FPGA card, hardware driver, and a thin API to enable feeding the data to be processed to the accelerator.
