As a part of SilMinds strategy to create awareness among end user companies of the benefits of hardawre accelerated decimal floating point, a demonstration has been presented to Vodafone executives in Egypt.
The demonstration presented infront of Mr. Alaa Zaher, Vodafone Egypt Head of Innovation, Mr. Amr Bassuni, Head of Billing in Vodafone Egypt and Mr. Ali Al Mersafy, IT Manager in Vodafone Egypt. The demonstration showed the benchmarking results of SilMinds DFP acceleration applied to telecom billing. Vodafone showed great interest in the results and stressed that it will definitely bring a real value if deployed to any Billing system.
